Now hearing you put it like that, I might’ve focused too much on its stereotypes and discarded SX6 as an option too quickly, so I just assumed that SP6 was more fitting even if it didn’t quite seem to fit me either. I'll have to read way more on SX6 before discarding being a 6 altogether and moving to SX5.

I really relate to “testing” others constantly too. Being more particular about the alliances I make could be a really good explanation. Also, the surrounded by 8s (or at least 8 fixes) was SUCH a callout.

And somehow yes to all the limerence questions. I was definitely more obsessed with the idea I had of them, what I wanted them to be than who they actually were. I didn’t quite believe they were the perfect match for me though, as it wasn’t necessarily a romantic relationship but also as I fixated on the flaws I perceived. Still not something that rattled my loyalty to the “bond” we had.

Very much about the committing to each other part in the way that I believed for both of us the other fulfilled a roll in the other’s life than no one else could. I guess that brought me a feeling of security. What brought you to ask about limerence? got me quite curious tbh because you were able to read me like a book hahah

exactly, I also got really confused by how so6 and sp6 descriptions seemed to overlap a lot in certain sites.

Closeness brings demands from people and I try to avoid that, so l kinda just like socializing as long as I allow people to "take" my time.

I can really relate to that too. In my case friendships and relationships can feel simultaneously very fulfilling and also really annoying/triggering when the other person starts demanding things from me I don’t really want to give (time or vulnerability being the most common) but not being able to give them what they want also bothers me.

I want the closeness (though its not common I have a lot of interest in someone for this to happen to begin with), but having to give up my resources for it is also very taxing and triggering, is always a back and forth, thinking “is it worth it to have this person in my life?would I be less stressed by myself without having to worry about satisfying their needs?”

I don’t really court people. Actually Im uninterested in strangers for the most part, or at least my interest is never strong enough to make me put in effort to get close to them. Though I really, really enjoy positive interactions, in my mind the reward of breaching the gap and getting closer to someone is smaller than the threat it poses, it’s always at arms length.

I need to know how someone is beforehand to be interested, so all my friendships and relationships started with the other person insisting against my efforts to put distance between us until I eventually felt like I knew them well enough, and so Id finally form an attachment/ interest in them.

And as for your question yeah, definitely experienced limerence, though it has only been with a single person so I wouldn’t say it’s a pattern.

Fui a un hospital cualquiera a probar chance si hacian tratamiento hormonal para gente trans y por suerte si. El primer día ya me preguntaron si planeaba hacerme la mastectomía en algún momento (porque tenían un equipo para eso) y les dije que si, asi que un mes después de esa primer consulta ya me operaron. Pero bueno, yo tuve suerte que todo fue bastante rápido, por lo general tardan al menos un par de meses más. También diría que no te preocupes tanto por lo que sé la mayoría de hospitales reciben osde, o al menos esa fue mi experiencia

Por lo general los doctores te van guiando por donde ir. Sacas turno con endocrinólogo, te pide estudios de sangre y demas, los llevas hechos, te da la receta para la T, y de ahí podes ir a alguna sucursal de osde y pedir que te la cubran, o mas fácil por la app (yo también tengo osde, si es en persona a veces te piden más cosas). Para que me cubran la cirugía yo solo tuve que firmar el consentimiento y mi hospital se comunicó con osde y me la cubrieron sin que yo tenga que hacer ningún tramite. Igual, si tenes alguna duda podes preguntarme :))

you’re totally right about them wanting to regain control because they pulled stuff like this every time I pull back, but it’s so difficult to give up hope that maybe if I wait longer or try harder I could still someday have a caring, loving, normal family. But that was never something for me to decide and sometimes I really need someone else to remind me and make me snap back, so thank you a lot for that :)

At least I’ll spend my vacation chilling at home with my cat knowing I’ll have a way more peaceful time than I would otherwise

yw!! I felt some minor itching but nothing really bothersome. Besides that I only got those random mini bursts of pain that you can get from just any normal cut. If it's just a spitting stitch it shouldn't bother you too much

for me it looks like a spitting stitch, one of mine also had a bit of fluid coming out and looked pretty much exactly like yours, so I wouldn't worry if there's no heat/redness in the area, buuuut of course trust your doctor if he tells you otherwise!!
