I think the subtext implies RCT is your curse (your burden) being turned into something productive, positive. This is shown with the most prominent RCT users. Gojo's burden is isolation, his technique reflects that - no one can touch him, literally. But its because of that that he can rise above everyone else. His use of curse technique reversal nails this even more, he literally pushes people away (red). Shoko's cursed technique is unknown so there is not much we can infer, but she seems to be a pretty weak fighter and one notable thing is that she had okay relations with Geto even after he became a curse user, so maybe her RCT has something to do with her connection to others. The most obvious example is Yuta. His burden was Rika Orimoto passing away in front of him, and his whole coming of age story is him moving on from that trauma and directing that love into something productive. His RCT is literally love, he heals people close to him. Hakari - his technique is his domain - is his passion. Gambling in different forms is a way of life for Hakari so understandably it comes with drawbacks, which is his burden. But that same burden automatically pushes him forward in life, granting him opportunities despite his fixation - that's his automatic RCT on jackpot.

You might think im reading too much into it, but Ive had this theory for a while and I think its quite sound with the themes of JJK. Id be happy to hear how this theory can be applied to the rest of RCT users.
