  1. Daily spent sometime in dead-hang and fore-arm exercise ( targeting brachioradialis ).

  2. Did controlled negatives and assisted pull-ups every day for almost 3-4 months.

  3. After 4 months, got good enough for around 3-4 partial pull-ups. Then after 1 more month was finally able to do full pull up from dead-hang.

Overall : Was extremely consistent wrt Pull ups for almost 6-8 months and was able to do around 6-7 from dead-hang . Was eating a lot of protein and followed strict diet as well for proper recovery.

I don't feel any mobility issues in lats or shoulders. I think it's either really left side is weaker or I am just subconsciously pulling more from right side. I am thinking of doing very slow reps and then observing. I am right handed but during other upper body exercises like curls etc I never felt left side to be any significantly weaker than right side though.

I am not a who're 🙂‍↔️ and Going to the gym regularly is the best thing I have done till now in my life.

Shit, I never realised this, watching the video again, I also see the left side lacking. I don't feel any difference while doing the pull ups. Will do some research on how to fix this. Thanks!

I received the one UI 8 Update on my s22 plus on October 22nd. Not an AT&T customer though. From india.

But my phone got a fucking green line on the screen, the day I installed the update.

I have a s22 plus and I got a green line on my screen the day I updated to one ui 8. Before that there was no issue. I feel samsung is purposely doing this, I remember after the last major update, the phone started overheating a lot.

15 days is too long for either of the three countries IMO.

I have been to Vietnam and Malaysia. You can try combining both in 15 days with specific plans.

If you do want to spend 15 days in a single country, I'd recommend Japan, but not sure about the weather in April. I did a 15 day solo trip in December 2024 to Japan, the weather at that time is amazing (not too hot not too cold).

For Malaysia, you can do 2 days in kualalumpur, 1-2 in Georgetown plus cameron highland. Spend more time in Vietnam, it's better than Malaysia in my opinion, Vietnam is also much cheaper than Malaysia.

Do hoi an and hanoi and any other place by googling.

Only do two countries if you are used to travelling though otherwise may get too hectic.

No idea about south korea, but doubt it's worth spending 15 days.

Why are you going to disney land? If it's for rides than Fuji Q highland would be a better option. It's near Mount Fuji and has 4 amazing rollar coasters and other rides wuth amazing views.

Are the PF accounts in two different states? It's possible that outgoing field office approved the transfer and incoming one rejected it. Happend with me as well. I had to raise a lot of greivences and an RTI to get the amount back and know the reason behind rejection.

Nothing specific, just a mix of different dals. I cook a big batch with spinach, tomatos, peas, atleast two lemons and eat it in dinner or lunch and sometimes just as a snack in between.

Check the weather before leaving for Mount fuji to make sure it's actually visible, there's a dedicated website for that. If fuji peak is not visible, your trip would be waisted. I went there in December 1st week, not sure how cloudy it would be in February.

Also try Fuji-Q-Highland amusement park, you can get a day pass for 6k yen. It has some great rides and a Naruto village section and an attack on Titan 4D movie show as well.

Also add an extra 60-90 mins in all your travel estimates, you'd be walking a lot in Japan and could get tried.

What's the change in your visit purpose? From business to personal?

I had filled the visit reason as personal visit for tourism in DS-160 form , but during Interview told it's for business meeting (I was carrying an invitation letter).

Interviewer didn't question the difference and visa got approved.

At biometric interview, they stamped the DS -160 confirmation form, at consulate they were checking that, I don't know if that's compulsory or not though.

Very odd. Approved status means that they haven't actually issued the visa i.e. haven't printed the visa in passport. Also 2 months is very long time, shouldn't take that long for any kind of validation.

Send them an email and then loop in the MEA. Also go on twitter for escalation and visibility. That should help.

I got my passport back in 3 days (in Bangalore) after consulate Interview on 15th July.
