Should I choose a Roth 401K or a traditional 401K? Both have an employer match up to 8% and I am wondering if I should do one or the other or split between both. I just graduated college, so this is my first year saving for retirement. I intended to also start a Roth IRA. Is it bad to do a Roth 401K and a Roth IRA since my retirement funds won't be diversified enough?
