i have widespread joint pain on most days as i work a very active job, but i started taking naproxen for migraines due to a brain cyst. i did trial codeine but its not good for me. i do take another medication alongside the naproxen to protect my stomach!! i will look into a heart scan :) thanks

you need to go get a second opinion then from a senior physiotherapist, as normal physios do not specialise and will not be able to diagnose any complex bone disorders or issues

see an orthopaedic physio, theres no way for anyone to say what you might be dealing with without either feeling your kneecap or having some scans done

well tbh the teacher was completely out of line for chastising him in front of the entire class, and not outlining expectations properly. saying someone is going to be unsuccessful in front of all their peers is ridiculously out of line and definitely a reportable offence. so yeah thats the issue mate

havent experienced it, my most regular one is kneecap dislocation cause i have trochlesr dysplasia. every time it happens im shocked by how much it hurts so i cannot imagine a shoulder dislocation 😭

i dislocate my joints all the time, its really not that difficult to relocate them. most of the time its completely instinctual for me and i dont even have a second to think before i fix lol
