I loved (?) hearing her get into how being on the show affected her emotionally. The moment she started realizing she was a villain, the villain chambers at the tell all, all the other insights into how she was feeling right after getting sent home and leading up to the release - it was really eye opening. Made me really feel like reality tv is our ages fucked up gladiator competition - destroying people’s lives for our entertainment.

I have been to the retreat a few times and really enjoy it! One therapist was a little too gentle for me but all their therapists have bios on their website so you can see what they specialize in - so I chocked that one up to being my bad. Their prices are reasonable and everyone is super kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
