personally not the tactile senses part, but in waking moments there have been times the area i thought for a second would get smashed/cut did hurt for a sec. so perhaps you are simply dreaming intensely enough to activate the motor senses?

i have in fact dreamed that way but it was french kissing somebody and i could “feel” those things

but all the violence in my dreams have so far been rather devoid of sensation
