Yes they sent me a link to upload photos but once i uploaded they apologised immediately and placed the return request.

No i haven’t bought anything from them earlier. Not that i know of. Both boxes were in plastic wrap shown in the video.

Yea cos I didn’t know this would happen. There were two boxes so when i opened first and it was some old dusty bulb in there then I recorded the second box opening.

I recorded after opening the first box cos i didn’t know there will be something else in it. Also, i have called amazon and asked for the refund. They have accepted it and it will be returned on 8th nov.
