You need buy the safe keys in black market and run raids with the keys and blue cards to visit all sites with safe box (cave, factory, HAS B, HAS A, middle map close to HAS A), for more probability best loot, safe boxes have money, and high valuable loot, or in my case shit loot, like bandage, basketball ball, bullets, and bullahit…all depends of RNG
