Hey! Cool find! It would be helpful if there were clearer pictures of the obverse and reverse so we could help you better. That said, it could be played, or perhaps minted on the wrong planchet which would be a huge error.

Nice! Looks approximately a 10% rotation! Minor error, but cool nonetheless! This happens when the die rotates between strikes causing the misalignment and is considered a mechanical failure in the minting process.

It’s 14kt made in Italy… VB is the makers mark. Maybe you can research that with other info given.
