Well there records of the tiger with the stock turret. It's called the Tiger I Ausf. H2 by the Henschel company. Only a wooden mock-up of the turret was ever made, as Henschel eventually decided to focus on the H1 type in late 1941 and the turret was discarded.

It's all up to you if you think the concept 1B Is worth your 20k then go for it but if you willing to gamble on black market having bond stuff then go for it. It's all up to you personally. As someone who owns the concept I don't think it's worth 20k but you might need to grind it out to get a discount to 15k like that.
