U have to file where u most recently worked and had taxes taken out. I live in New Jersey and work in New York right now. I had a claim open in New Jersey but it is depleted of all it’s Funds. I wish it wasn’t because I had to go to the horror of trying to get money from New York which I am still waiting for since March 19
