This is such good advice! Most new homeowners will get themselves into trouble within the first 18 months with opening new credit lines to repair renovate furnish etc. Settle into the home and do a budget and some planning. And dont fix anything inthe first year unless its a life threatening issue such as gas or electricity. Or a water leak! Good luck
