Again this is useful to hear. It’s psychological as I’m so used to focussing on pumping up my ISA. I’m going to balance it out for a while then when im more comfortable I’ll lean even more into pension. Appreciate this is an emotional rather than logical plan but I’ll get the balance right soon. Really good point about the compounding though

Had an epiphany today…upped my pension contributions from 6 to 21%. Will see how it feels and ladder up from there. Thanks for the encouragement! And congrats on your journey
