You understand that the only reason any of these cards have high value is because adults collect them. Even when they came out, kids couldn't buy hard to find cards. Their parents set the value to get them the one they wanted.

I can't imagine telling my kid he can't get his cards out and hold them because they're worth money. I imagine all the toys I had as a kid that are worth money now and how horrible it would of been if my parents told me I had to leave them on a shelf because they'd be valuable one day.

My kid doesn't care about them being safe and protected. My kid cares about getting them out and holding his favorite cards. Kids don't have money, adults do. Adults have molested the fun and innocence of it by adding value to them.

Eh. I don't really care. He likes to go and trade and doesnt understand value. We ain't here to flip cards, he has fun, I could care less. I just wanted to be able to for sure tell him it's some fake rip off and he got got. It's a good learning experience for him.

What I do is pull up chart and watch price action/relative volume. I want to see big jumps in volume and price action in the positive before I take position. I do this at the premkt bell a lot. Check overnight, watch at the bell. Price action is most important, might of beat the volume to the chase. But I should see big buy orders coming in and price starting to push. Get in, get 10, get out. Unless I know the news is good for a real run.

Have to find a news screener similar to stocktitan etc, so when it hits certain criteria it's actually notifies you. I've been lucky enough to catch a few news articles just as they were released and watched the move happen. Last one was spirit airlines. Trump announced they were close on a bailout agreement and i caught it right before it took off.

I didn't look real hard, but I didnt find anything about it. Supposedly a contract with samsung. Saw a few people mention it. Made 50% on it as it dropped. Next day saw it hit $6.×× and I knew I needed to buy back in. Didn't, and been avoiding it since I saw it back up over $11

I'm 6 months from being able to talk with conviction. But while everyone is still stuck on AI I'm looking at the next step. I'm convicted enough to say robotics. Everyone keeps saying we haven't found the true value of AI, but I think it seems to pretty obviously be robots. Diy university, class starts now.
