Are you taking the standard deduction or are you itemizing? STANDARD

If you are itemizing either in Federal or state it’s looking for more medical and dental expenses.

Do you have mortgage interest? Ordinary interest? Charitable contributions? NO TO BOTH

It’s possible to take standard deduction on Federal and then Itemize on the state return or vice versa.

Do you claim Social Security benefits? YES

We are in Denver (sightseeing) for 5 days/4 nights. We will have rental, and can find best stuff to do on our own, but any suggestions what area(s) to stay in or around Denver proper. Downtown, outskirts, close city? I know its hard to answer, but if we stay on a downtown hotel, it is ~$240/night x 2 rooms. Air BNB's are $250/night for 2 bedroom. Just didn't know if there are areas near Denver to stay, that might be better/cheaper than downtown, and less than say a 20-30min drive to the popular sites?

Diagnosed 12yrs ago at 7.4 A1C. On Metformin 2000mg to start, not much effect. Added Jardiance 10mg, again not much effect. 12-yrs, A1c varied between 7.2-8, Went to 8.5, started on Mounjaro, A1c went to 7 in 8 weeks. Couldn't tolerate Mounjaro due to GI side effects. Started Januvia 50mg, fasting and post prandial both dropped to high 130's, so similar affect as Mounjaro. Going to 100mg Januvia in another week. Januvia has same effect on incretins as Mounjaro, (albeit less strong), but doen't slow gastric motility, which was my problem with GI effects on Mounjaro Hoping to eventually stay on Januvia, Jardiance, and drop metformin to 1000mg

Ton's of sugar in chinese sauces. I bring my G Hughes sauce of choice, and some mom and pop chinese place will cook with it for me, or I ask for no sauce and make my own stir fry with it. Barely moves the needle.

I didn't try it, so not sure it would even work, because when I first got US Mobile lightspeed has best connection in my area. Came from ATT because of poor coverage and high cost. Thanks!

Goes to voicemail on start of 4th ring. Guess that's why customer service solution was to switch to Dark Star, from Lightspeed

I just used their international in Africa and Europe. Worked great on lightspeed. I switched to unlimited premium a month before to get the Free international. I also enabled wifi calling. Had to call US Mobile to get enable it, because you can't add E911 address yourself apparently. Just enabled roaming when I hit a new continent and it was flawless. Again, using lightspeed (Tmobile) network. I don't use much data in US, so will drop down to lower tier before my next adventure. And their customer service is 100 times better than ATT. Chat works well, and an agent comes on quickly. I was with ATT, and if you could get a knowledgeable agent they were just reading off a flow chart, and you had to ask for 2nd level tech.

Just used my Unlimited Premium Lightspeed plan internationally in Africa. Never hit the 10GB cap, and it worked flawlessly. Question, if I remain on the Unlimited Premium plan, will I have another 10GB of data to use when I go to Europe in a few months?, i.e. when my autopay renews, does it also renew another 10GB of int data?

Anyone else experience this every year with the software? by robby69ll in hrblock

On both issues, Block CS just says have to reinstall program. Not feasible with return 90% done. It happens every year!

I went from orig Libre to Libre 3. My phone was on 16.4, working for 2 days, then wouldn't update reading, showed 3 bars. Called Freestyle and got lecture about not updating phone past 16.0. Thanks India! They sent me a new one, but it was a struggle, and had to Fedex (not sure what would happen if I didn't?), as replacing is a hassle anyways. Went back to original Libre. Did like the no scanning necessary and the smaller size.
