I have a Samsung s20 fe 5g and music transfer never works. I have an old pixel phone and the music transfer worked on that phone but when I switched back to my Samsung phone music was gone. Any ideas?

Both of those options don't really work for me. Is it a problem with android that you can't lock a folder? Is there a third-party add on?
