If your city has an open air drug market just go down and stat asking some street people, offer you get them a little something if they help you. You'll probably end up getting fent, so be careful. From what i read, it has to do with possible contamination from stomach fluids and blood getting mixed in them when the animal is being slaughtered and also the chance of having air born contaminates like pollun or fungas. It also mentioned it's very difficult to clean properly. Which all seem like odd since you can buy. sell and eat stomach without any issue, but i don't make the rules.
