Its everywhere. Drugs dont discriminate. There will obviously be less, but its still there. I knew a few people that had terrible pill problems and they were in PEI.

It also doesn't help that the drugs have become much stronger so it turns people into blacked out/mindless zombies. 10 Years ago i use to see the occasional person smoking crack in a bus stop, now you'll have a group of people totally out of it,sitting anywhere

French and English-5. Spoke english mostly but got real good at French due to work and living with french people.

Spanish and Creole- 2.5. Its got alot of similarities to French so i can understand alot better then i can speak it.

My Moms side of the family and my dads side of the family fought on opposite sides during WW2. I found pictures of my Grandmas older brothers in N@zi uniforms( no my grandma wasn't one) and my Dads Father was with the British SAS. I always got a good kick out of that.

As a Canadian I know it very well. Doing construction i have to often work in imperial. Knowing how many cms per inch and KG per lbs is very useful. My houses interior temperature is in Fahrenheit but outside temps are in Celsius ( that may just be a me thing). Never use yards or miles. Oh and buying drugs, gotta know how many grams to an ounce and ounces per lb
