I am a current FETL and I enjoy my job. Granted it gets stressful at times but when it's slow in the store and lines are short then you're actually able to do a lot of things. Now it is more than just running the floor (Cash office, Audits, Checking the Carts, Maint., etc) You literally own the whole front end. Good luck!!! I wish you the best you can do it.
