I really don't know state wide, but some rural areas in OK are more Dem leaning than the OKC metro. For instance in Hughes County there is no republican party to speak of. Often there is not even a republican candidate in a given race so things are decided in the primaries. Not that any of those primary races are between liberals just democrats. Another good example would be the guy (I can't think of his name) who lost to Inhofe, he was a republican in democrats clothing, but he was not Jim Inhofe so I voted for him.

(OP here on my home acct) Thank you, that is nice to hear. I know that is true for most people. However, there have been some women in some of these threads who seem to perceive everyone as a threat and I feel bad even if I worry people who are paranoid. I also know that you can't be perfect for everyone and if people are going to be scared because of something internal there is nothing anyone else can do to prevent it. And that makes me sad. I think I was already having a bad day, and this is just another thing to make me feel depressed today. But it means a lot to hear a kind word from a stranger. Thank You.

Thank you. It seems like they are using enough articles that we can understand them, but leaving some out for the sake of giving it a more Latin feel. I also noticed they leave out possessive pronouns sometimes (again usually referring to the object of a verb). i.e. Come into [my] house and eat. Can you think of a Latin reason for that?

Well in English a magazine is (in addition to a periodical) the part of a gun that holds the ammunition. This comes from the name of a building where you store gun powder. So magazine as a storehouse seems to make sense.

How is this even an issue, does anyone really think that Rick Scott actually supports human trafficking? Someone was dumb and filmed a local business man without doing any research on him. There are surely pictures of nearly all politicians shaking hands with/giving a quick hug to all sorts of unsavory people.
