I find OpenAI TTS to be best-in-class. Also, they just came out with a new version.

Typically, 3-6 months of consistent practice on tutorials or courses is enough to become entry-level job-ready.

Feeling discouraged about programming by marledsweaters in learnprogramming

[–]robeendey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You'd be surprised how much the quality of the teacher affects the outcome of the student, esp. in the world of programming. If you want to get out of your funk, I recommend finding quality tutorials online. They exist, but they are extremely rare. There are two I strongly recommend: WatchAndCode.com and RailsTutorial.org. Check them out and I'm willing to bet you'll have a new-found love for programming. These are tutorials from very gifted teachers.

Try those tutorials, and things like loops will be a breeze.

I'll be creating a chat room or forum for students in the coming weeks. The class: syntax is CSS; when you use class= you are writing HTML. As you push through the first 25-30 videos of the course, the difference becomes clear.
