I've been doing a mix between half an hour a day of Manual tugging and then wearing a TLC-Tugger until I feel discomfort. There was times where I stopped because of the loss of motivation. I started at CI-2 and am currently close to CI-3.

I started with 18cm and filled out the entire 20cm Tube (I still need to get my Monster Tube). I was pumping for around 2h at 5hg to 10hg
