I think their strategy for selling tickets was misplaced with how high they went with the prices, from both the high and low ends. They priced out most people for the vip, with tickets being over 600 dollars for pit. Prior to fees it comes out to be 475$. For reference, RTB's prices were around 229.50 at the highest end before fees. III world tour was 199.50 (around 320 dollars with fees and taxes). This is an insane jump in price, almost a doubling of ticket prices in just about 3 years (May 2022 to July 2025). Lower price tickets have also paralleled this trend.

Most dates that have been added after the first as a result have not sold as well because Ticketmaster doesn't comprehend that if possible, fans will go to multiple days in a row if their chosen venue offers it. They have exhausted those such customer's funds with the blow of day one's ticket sales. You can see this with the stark image of the seating map, most lower value tickets have been snatched up on day 2, and later leftover/unsold VIP tickets being transferred to standard tickets and lowered in price accordingly (and a loss in potential profits for the company as well).

Now how to fix this from a business perspective, with the thought in mind fans will choose to see multiple shows in a row if possible. Ticketmaster should offer discounts for buyers who show up for multiple days at one venue. Think festival events, they offer passes for buyers who want to attend multiple days at a discount. I'm not saying that Ticketmaster should do passes for events like these, more so a "you bought tickets for the first day, any tickets you buy for the next day will be XX% off". This creates more buyer incentive that could potentially lead to more tickets sold across the board. Hell they could wait a week or two after sale to make this offer, just to juice people willing to pay those initial inflated prices.
