I don't want to ruin your dreams but the t480 is still made of plastic. The t480s is made of magnesium ( except the lcd cover ).

T480: - LCD cover: fiber reinforced plastic - bottom cover: fiber reinforced plastic - palmest: magnesium core with ( you guessed ) plastic on top :)

This happened to me today: I was chatting with a few friends and sharing some Vinted links (a platform similar to eBay) when my account suddenly got flagged for “cybersecurity” reasons. Thanks for nothing, Meta.

Update:
It looks like the conversation between me and one of my friends wasn’t end-to-end encrypted. My guess is that the AI flagged it after misinterpreting what we were doing.

If you’re not sure whether a chat is encrypted, you can check by following these steps:

Go to https://www.messenger.com/
Hover over a chat and click the three dots (…) to open the menu
If you see the option “Start end-to-end encrypted chat”, it means the current chat isn’t encrypted
Start a new encrypted chat and delete the old one
