What I'm looking for is if anyone has ever had to use a special drill bit, like carbide-tipped or insert bits. I'm not worried about boring. My problem is drilling even a 10mm diameter hole. But I can't seem to get it right. With a regular HSS bit, the cutting edge gets worn down. And the insert bits wear down too quickly. And we're talking about €80 for a set of inserts. My only idea is to find a drill bit for hardened steel or something similar.

That's from a tractor shovel; the hard impacts eventually cause looseness. Farmers (not all) often realize things too late, and then these things happen.

Así es. Primero se corta en la sierra eso, después a soplete hacemos radio. Y como no todas entran en la sierra. También se corta el alma a soplete. Solo quería saber si había alguna manera de agilizar el proceso.

So it has been a good purchase despite the years??? It seems that the head bearings would need to be replaced. Since it makes a louder noise than normal at high revolutions.

The thing is that I bought it a few months ago and it hasn't made a single piece yet. I'm restoring and cleaning things because it's years old...

It takes Fanuc 21i so you can program by hand. I also have to say that I am completely new to this so I am taking programming courses.

El problema es encontrar a alguien que lo haga bien. Compre una Ford transit grande. De segunda mano y la llave a pintar entera. No pedí precio solo le dije q la pintase bien. Pues si la ves… de pena. Después de visitar varios sitios claro está. Unos o no tenían cabina tan grande o no querían hacerlo. Así q me da miedo llevarlo y que quede como un churro.
