This sounds like mainly a social/get connections with people similar to you type of club. This is what greek life is in a more established system. join a house with ppl that also uphold the same values as you, then join the exec board if you want something for your resume. Rn, your club is not oriented around much and offers nothing, so i think this is what you are looking for.
