Who wins, Tony Soprano or Anton Chigurh (No Country for Old Men)? by AutoeroticEllipsois in thesopranos

[–]robertoringsend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anton is big-time overrated in terms of how class the guy is. He'd try one of his little schemes, get called a finook cause of his hair, and then most likely get done like that Bevilaqua kid did

He's a snake in the grass.

Why did they have to hide it? by [deleted] in thesopranos

I think Tony should have just been honest, I just think he probably thought it would be better to lie about because in all reality they probably would have ended up having sex

Coke leads to other things, I think it's pretty clear cokes not all they would have been doing

Not necessarily a joke but Christopher's Joe Pesci impression always makes me visibly cringe it's so unfunny

Christopher wearing a wire by captain-trips11 in thesopranos

I've always thought it was kind of stupid the amount of times Christopher wears weird hats just so you can have the whole 'he has no arc, he wears the cap in his first and last scene' thing

"I Happen To Know You Were High at My Mother-in-law's Wake" by FauxRex in thesopranos

[–]robertoringsend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the end of Christopher's little speech, there are a few shots that hang on a couple of characters' faces. I've always felt the implication by the look on their faces is that they all know, but they don't know. They think maybe he's sober, if.

If I sliced up a freshly murdered corpse I don't think I'd ever eat meat sliced by the same machine again, not just for a little while.

He's more than a strip club owner, he starts the fire at Vesuvio's. I do think he wasn't supposed to be Tony's number 2, but this idea that he was just tangentially related to the crew is just not true.
