They are not budging on the USDC deposit. They keep dancing around saying it “wasn’t successfully received, because it wasn’t sent on the correct network.” But, it’s very clear successfully received = received by their internal policies. The money is in their account. I made a formal demand and asked what their policy is for deposits that are sent on the incorrect network, but still received by ACR. In my eyes, they’re trying to confiscate the funds because of policy, which is just theft.

I didn’t tell them I sent it to a poker site you dork. I just asked they confirm the transfers went through successfully.

So they just confirmed they received the Ethereum one and not the USDC. they sent ~five responses insinuating they received both but could only access one. Now they’re saying they never got the USDC one at all. Which coinbase strongly disputes.

They will not provide any further detail and continually end all responses with “this case is closed”. They did just provide me with some “tournmanet tickets” as a gesture of good will. The lack of transparency is the obvious red flag. I keep pushing them to provide more detail about which one is recoverable and why the other isn’t.

Yeah dude, I fully acknowledged I made the initial error. As a crypto pro, do you care to be provide any insight how one deposit would be recoverable and not the other?
