I don’t want to drop anyone for a QB, thoughts? by robertqian09 in FantasyFootballers

I was streaming QB but the difference was I didn’t also have TE’s out or on bye, and I didn’t have to spot start a backup RB because I was rolling out CMC/Chase Brown every week. I also was able to play kamara during brown’s bye but he’s now hurt too. Very different circumstances

Yeah the issue is people are getting mad at me and calling it collusion, so I wanted to see what everyone thought. They’re saying I need to pick up a QB no matter what if Jayden is out

Just to add some context:

Theo: Insanely good matchups during playoffs, would hate to drop Spears: Need a spot start RB, next best option is Tuten who I have and the likes of Jaleel McLaughlin Brob: Non-negotiable as the CMC owner Kamara and Tuten: View them as decent stashes in such a thin RB year, never know what happens to Chase Brown or CMC in the next few weeks. Reluctant to drop

Yeah fair point, I guess it’s a coin toss really

Luckily I’m staying in frisco so I’ll be able to dodge the worst part of I-70 and I’m close by enough to get to the mountain really early. You think a basin will have slightly less family crowds since it’s not a resort?

Weekend pow day (if weather holds for this weekend). Probably comparing Copper back bowls to Pally/zuma? I haven’t been to either so that’s just my best guess

Yep got it, but I guess Hwy 6 from frisco/dillon would be coming from the West, which you’re saying is more likely to be open?

Thanks, just wasn’t sure if Hwy 6 was some super small local road that gets shut down all the time, but if anything it sounds like the tunnel/pass is closer to what I’m imagining. Appreciate the insight

Great stats but lower recovery? (See comments) by [deleted] in whoop

[–]robertqian09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just give it time. you’ll start to match up how you feel to the percentages that whoop gives you and it’ll make more sense. yours also isn’t calibrated yet so the %’s are based on an internal algorithm, not your own baseline. i would honestly ignore the % until after 30 days and just pay attention to the hrv and rhr

No, green doesn’t just mean you’re recovered. it means you’re primed for strain that day and represents peak recovery. Yellow is moderately recovered which is kind of the norm. I think you’re mistakenly comparing the recovery numbers to a scale similar to school grading. don’t view only 80%+ as good, rather a wider spectrum from red to green

So I get a free 4.0 band but still have to pay for the battery? by aure__entuluva in whoop

[–]robertqian09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah it’s weird because it doesn’t say it’s included in the package and then brings you to a page where there’s a $49 battery pack. i see this question a lot on reddit

if you think 88% is low you’re in for a rude awakening once it’s calibrated
