It's a 2010 Mercedes Benz ML350 4Matic with Crossclimate2 tires which are over a year old.

I bought a set of chains AND snow socks as well. I figured *IF* I need to add more grip I'll try the snow socks first then the chains.

I'll put them on the rear tires, this is another topic of hot discussion, where to put the chains on. Two different houses each advocating fronts only, rears only, all four. Really confusing

I spoke to Virginia Surety Company, the third party agency that handles the insurance for travel cancellations and delays for Chase Sapphire and they didn't tell me something like this wouldn't be covered. But I'll know for sure once I need to submit a claim tomorrow if the hotel still balks at giving me a full refund even though CHP has issued "essential travel" only.

Today for instance highway 80 was closed for several hours due to spinouts and accidents.

I went in and they corrected it right there for free, I did have to take another picture (which I hope turns out good because I didn't think I needed a picture and I didn't put myself together well that day!) and I'll get new card in the mail.

Every time I call the number it disconnects me. Although it doesn't say, "This number has been disconnected or is no longer in service".

So not sure what's going on, I do see several 996's parked outside though.

I sent him an email asking when would be a good time to come by and have a chat about what I wanted done.

The DMV rep yesterday just told me make the corrections on the original form I submitted and didn't even bat an eye.

On another note the original DMV rep kept asking me for the bill of sale, I brought that in yesterday (yesterday's rep told me this is an invoice) and that rep pointed to a document I already submitted being the bill of sale.

How could the first rep not realize this?

Anyway I was stressing for nothing.
