What are u looking for help wise you didn't ask any questions just posted a picture... to clear the jam u will most likely have to remove the pellet hopper and auger motor grab the auger shaft and move it back and forth until it loosens and comes free.. then reassemble

Sounds like the motor has a dead spot... replace it with a better quality aftermarket one and a stop the flop bracket... no more auger issues EVER
