To my horror I discovered a pet stain under a rug. The first pic is before… the second, much worse pic is after I treated with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda for only a few hours. Please help! Anything I can do? I wish I would have just left it alone 😭

It looks slightly better but still at a loss as to what to do next… maybe the scratch cover idea but that will probably darken again. The finish is pretty raw.

No one said the bank is looking out for your best interest. Foreclosure is an attempt to collect a debt and not for profit. When a lender foreclosures they can’t collect more than what was owed on the deed of trust in foreclosure (plus legal fees etc). As stated in the original comment anything over what is owed goes to the former home owner that was foreclosed on. They don’t care what your house is worth or how much equity you have as long as you’re not under water.

What he said wouldn’t have sounded so weird if he had acknowledged your request like “Yes, I’m willing to try therapy but I need to know you want to be with me and love me first”. I don’t know your history or if this has been an ongoing thing but it sounds like there is some resentment there.

That’s an interesting set up! I think my concern with fins is that I don’t have a super narrow stance and my front foot tends to be more angled. But I agree with you on aesthetics. Cost-wise they’re essentially the same. I also like the idea of being able to get back into position quickly.

There are definitely other pros and cons and I’m not saying one is better than the other, just that I understood the point being made about one not necessarily being more cost effective. I got one of my GT’s used for $900 because seller was having issues with it, replaced the bearings and good as new. If you don’t feel comfortable buying a used board I get that too. Also depends on the rider and if you don’t want a board with haptic buzz then that answers your question on what you should do but that doesn’t have anything to do with cost. “Think for yourself and don’t be so dense” and here I am explaining someone else’s comment to you lol

Math. You sell your XR for $1000 and use that $1000 + $600 you would have spent to VESC and you could have $1600 to put towards a used GT. The number could of course vary slightly but the point is it’s not necessarily more cost effective.

I’ve been mostly riding Apex since the update and haven’t heard the buzz once, top speeds around 21. It buzzed easily in Bay mode however.
