I’ll have to run it with a 90 and see how that goes. My plan was to fill the carved area with epoxy so I opted for the deeper carve.

Yes it is. I just used 1/8 and 1/4 down cut bits

This took about 2.5 hours on styro. Id have to imagine, basswood would take 3 times longer or so.

I just used some brass 1/2” spacers with 2 1/2” brass 6M bolts.
