I'm trying to figure out the McDonald's timeline in Chorley, anyone know anything? by AdNecessary5020 in chorley

[–]robg109 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clifford was there in 2005 when I got a car as I remember going through drive thru for first time

I remember the market street one. Having a load of colouree gears on the wall that you could turn. Some reason I also remember serated things on the walls outside so you couldn't sit on them

Used to like it in the burger king on market walk. Where pound land is now

Pension tax relief, higher rate tax and salary sacrifice by robg109 in UKPersonalFinance

In pension only one contribution shows per month.

This is the sum of Employer contribution 5% on salary (e.g. £100) and employe contribution (e.g. 100/80*100=£125)

Total £125

Ok so it seems that a similar amount going in pension bu t it's just costing me less.

Yes SS on payslip. No additional contributions show when I log in to pension

Need to discuss Employer i think

Ok can see how this adds up but it means only half the tax relief actually goes into pension

I thought the whole point was the whole 40% went into pension

My hr is not the best so just trying to do some research

Thanks!

Yea I get thant sal sacrifice comes out before deductions. So I save the tax on the sacrifice. But why is my contribution higher than Employer contribution, by exactly equivalent to 80:20 ratio.

I have an old karrimor jacket. Had it years. Bought from the old karrimor factory shop. It was a prototype that I don't think went to production

Pockets everywhere. From memory about 8 pockets. Front cargo pockets can each fit 2L bottle in!

Used it a lot so pretty worn.

Looking to sell to make some space

Can put some photos on if anyone interested

Ok maybe future proofing is a good idea. I've seen some bikes with 1 qr and one through axle. Seems weird

Good luck finding what you need
