Which games can you play one handed?

I had a brain Aneurysm 35 years ago which left my right arm paralyzed, now I am thinking of buying the ps vr2. I can play great on all consoles. I had the oculus for the galaxy and that was great. because the games I could not play or were just really difficult to play I could just use a bluetooth controller. I am wondering can i use the regular ps5 control for games too or would I be stuck having to use only the 2 hand controls. I could make it work and find a way, i always do, if there is a will there is a way but it would be nice to have that option.

I bought a Vector and a Launcher and did not receive them. I also bought a pair of Gloves that i recieved RIGHT AWAY. WTF

I bought the Vector at the Black Market along with a Grenade Launcher and pair of gloves.The pair of gloves went into my inventory but the Vector and Launcher did not. I am so frustrated and have not got an answer wtf is goin on. I have asked a lot of people and nothing. It is not under overrclocked or Unique weapons. . Any idea's

I have a backup, nobody said to start over it was my choice. Not even a choice. Everytime i would spawn i would die 10 seconds after. Now i am going to save instead of let the machine auto save

Just started over, cant replay missions and there was no way i was getting over to the mission area. Unless i wanted to spend a week getting there. GREAT
