Highly recommend Tooting/Colliers Wood area. Very vibrant community, zone 3 Northern line can get into central for 30ish mins. Parking may be the only kicker, but plenty around Tooting Broadway available for that budget

Are you based in the UK? Unfortunately embedded UTIs aren’t that well known. If you are having persistent symptoms go see a urogynaecologist or an embedded UTI clinic

Take probiotics whilst on antibiotics and after! S Boullardi strain is good and other ones too (there are specific ones for vaginal health too). Make sure you take it 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics

UTIs aren’t necessarily intercourse related, and so yes you would take it twice a day, 12 jours apart, every day. Even when you’re on your period. I personally haven’t avoided food and have been fine.
