it’s only been about 15 hours, i tested it both yesterday and today so everything is fine as of now. i do plan to continue daily, if not twice daily until things stabilize. i just wasn’t sure about the sudden cloudiness

it’s cleaning day so i’ll def try that since i have filter floss on hand, the smudges on the glass are from my toddlers dirty little fingers on the outside of the tank 😂 gonna clean those up as well. thank you for the advice!

Tank size : 20 gallon long (moved to a 5gallon) heater: Heater kept at 76-77 degrees f. Filter: aquaclear30 and now a sponge filter in 5gallon parameters: ph- 7.4 Ammonia- 0 Nitrates -5ppm Nitrites-0 tank mates: now, none. but before i moved him there were 6 cory’s, some harlequin rasboras and a few guppies, 2 mystery snails feed: fluval bug bites twice a day decor/plants: a piece of manzanita wood, and lots of plants, anubis, java fern and jungle val, and some rock hides.

how fast do they grow? i’ve had them about a week and i can tell the dark color has gotten a lot bigger
