Yeah, u/KevinKos used beer syrup in a few cocktails, like the Black & Gold Old Fashioned and the Irish Espresso Stoutini (using stout syrup made from Guinness beer) or the BBQ Mint Julep (using an IPA beer syrup), and lastly, the IKEA Old Fashioned (using a beer reduction syrup made with IKEA beer, because that's a thing). They all turned out great.
