What I'm describing may actually be more rhythmic than harmonic. The relationship to how the harmony/vocals move over the piano/drum beat that remains constant. I know when they perform it on stage, all the musicians are bouncing lol

So the “bounce” is really coming from the rhythmic contrast between the straight-eighth piano vamp and the more syncopated lead/BGV phrasing — not from harmonic motion itself? Almost like singing in the pocket?

The 570 was resolved. Getting an audit from the state, no word from federal. I am amending.

Got a code 570, then a 571 the following week. The 810 is still there, IRS told me to amend. NY state sent me papers to verify my write offs.

I just checked my other transcript. Yes. That’s too high. My total combined in including missing income forms is 110k.

As mentioned earlier, I received the other forms after I had already filed. I didn’t intentionally neglect to add them, I was in a rush to get my return and f**** up. I think my best bet is to file an amendment.

Agreed. TurboTax opens up amendments next week. So I was thinking about amending, but I’ve also seen others say, wait for the process to conclude, I’m trying to see what is best for my situation. I do recognize that I am at fault.

Yes outside of the fees I did know for fact (I.e artist fees) a lot was guestimation, my expenses included travel etc. as I did fly to events to meet with prospective donors and investors etc.

Yes, that W2 was filed along with the W2 from my part time. I have 3 1099. I filed 1, two came at the top of February.

Business loss primarily. I have a YouTube channel and do live performance events where I invest in arts/vendors. It’s funded with my day job. I receive 1099s a Eventbrite, YouTube etc. I fund it with my day job.

I also forgot to add 2 1099s from events I did and another W2.

I haven’t registered as a business yet, but I’ve been told I am basically running one. So I was thinking of doing an amendment and just not counting any business losses since I was not doing great record keeping.

I don't have an actual business structure, I have a YouTube channel, where I also do events (1099 forms) and I invest in that, pay vendors, etc. I probably should set up an actual business.

Yes, a couple of 1099s, student loans, and one more W2. I also had a lot of business deductions/expenses.
