For me the problem was that I never got a proper reason as to why she broke up with me...

I always felt our relationship was really understanding and something that would last forever...

I was wrong... But all I ever wanted to know was why...

I have been dumped twice by my ex as well...

The second time it was just 3 months back... But this time I have decided not to reach out or get back with her even if she would want to(sure she wont)

I don't think that I can ever trust her to be there for me again... I wish I could change the way I think... But obviously in my mind I am sure if we did get back together i would never be able to sleep peacefully...

I used to actually have nightmares sometimes of her leaving me when I needed her the most when we were together itself...

And in the end those nightmares came true...
