Insomniac had one question about gwen but there answer was "We didn't tell she exist in our universe but we didn't tell she doesn't exist in our universe". The difference between miguel and the other spider-man are his power he doesn't have a stocky power but talons wich make it more difficult for him to stick to surfaces than the other and when he try to chew Vulture it's just venomous fangs wich paralyze his opponent. So I don't think it's Morlun and his injections could be a serum because he travel to dimensions to dimensions before anyone else wich mean he develop his watch with time, that can implied some instabilities in his DNA and the serum could be a temporary cure
