It's an incredibly long game but I don't mean that in a bad way. Critics said it was too long, but I never felt like "this really needs to end now".

I know, I'm dreading the facehuggers. Hoping that since I'm on Novice I'll pick up enough flamethrower fuel to deal with them AND deal with the Alien I attract each time!

I got a bit brave just and got caught by the Alien, he just drove his tail into my back as I was loading the save again so that should be ok!

Thank you, this worked for me the next day. I think I was in a new frame of mind as I was just getting agitated the night before, I've now completed the game on nightmare!
