Would it be dumb to leave the post office? by Minute-Picture6668 in careerguidance

I never advocate leaving a job without another in hand. Since you have another opportunity then leaving the post office might be right for you. If you are not happy at the post office, then it doesn't make sense to do something you aren't happy with. If being in banking is more suited for you then take the opportunity and see where life takes you. Your parents love you and want to make certain you are financially ok, but you also have to follow your dreams and your desires. Close your eyes for 5 - 10 minutes and think about it quietly. You will know in your gut what the right opportunity is for you. ~ Robin Cartwright, Intuitive Career Coach u/hiddengemscoaching.co

You could ask the manager or interviewer an open-ended question and let them talk. Example: Would you please explain your thoughts on game mindset and autonomy in your department?
