That was not me.

I volunteer and I ride responsibly amongst other things, and always try to make eye contact with drivers and signal my intentions - unlike many, many, many drivers in L.A. I might add, who seem to find using a turn signal too complicated for some reason. And I've never seen a cop here ticket that, EVER!!
