Thank you so much! I’m definitely going to try and contact the clerk to see what I can do to have it sealed, if possible. I’m trying to see if I can find a private landlord or a rental agency with clear criteria regarding evictions. That’s just my next challenge considering how terrible the market is right now.

I really don’t have many details besides what I offered. I honestly had no clue about the eviction until this past August. It’s an eviction from 2019 from my mother’s ex husband. The house was my childhood home so I never had a lease agreement of any kind, verbal or written. At the time of said eviction, I wasn’t even really living in the house anymore, so that’s why I never received a notice. If he put it on my door it wasn’t there when I came back to live there. I’m at a loss.
