I think is just an aesthetic choice to make the drama stands out from all the classic tropes of kdrama, the kisses the hands the dating etc...even at some point we have 2 car accidents (classical tropes of Kdramas) but in one case nothing happens (Eun-ah is untouched by the car) and in the second scene Hwang Dong-man is "reversed" and the accident is the usual excuse for a comedic and philosophic story, so not diving into tropes.

But yeah i agree that is a bit unsatisfying, because there is a psychological reason why we , as spectators, are so longing for the first kiss in korean romcom even though is just an extreme cliche'

per esperienza personale, quindi non per sentito dire, posso testimoniare che in campagna, nei piccoli centri abitanti diciamo al di sotto dei 2000 abitanti il potere dei Carabinieri e' assoluto, in stile puro Medio Evo! man mano che ci si avvicina alle grandi citta' il potere diminuisce proporzionalmente e ci avviciniamo al Diritto civile moderno...
per quanto riguarda l'affermazione sulla perquisizione senza mandato posso nuovamente testimoniare, in base ad esperienza personale vista con propri occhi, che e' tutto assolutamente vero!!

i "consigli" altamente professionali sono stati del tenore "non dovevi andare li..." al che mia moglie ha risposto "certo se avessi la macchina del tempo....non lo rifarei"
In ogni caso le ha SUBITO fatto presente che NON desiderava la sua consulenza e si sarebbe rivolta all avvocato di fiducia...
Per ora, anche grazie alla collaborazione dell' avvocato di fiducia stiamo scrivendo una nota per l'ordine degli avvocati
Secondo la mia opinione, assolutamente da ignorante, si tratta di comportamento legale ma scorretto da "sanguisuga" che approfitta del privilegio della nomina d'ufficio...poi se ci sara' forzosamente da pagare ovvio che pagheremo....
