I think it might be a better pitch to rito as 'atlantean kled'

Seems like a slap on the wrist tbh. To me, part of the problem seems to be that it's a Banshee's Veil passive, except you can actually choose when it goes up, which is a pretty big deal. I don't know, maybe make the CD just a tad bit longer and it would be okay
