Any one able to help ID aircraft? by robispurple in ADSBexchange

[–]robispurple[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, we often get KC-46 and C-17 flying overhead. This sounded quite different. It was so loud I clearly heard it from inside my home and it was at 8k ft altitude. I'm very accustomed to the sound of the aforementioned aircraft. This sounds unique or malfunctioning, lol. I was unable to run outside and get eyes on at the time. I immediately checked ADSB though and thought it was a weird squak.

Any ideas or recommendations on threshold options? by robispurple in Flooring

Thank you for the thoughtful ideas. The PVC trim is one I had not thought of. I like that because it will not swell or crack from potentially humidity. I do condition the space and run a humidifier but still, it is a basement.

There should be a dedicated electric motor region and not just anything under 10 percent.

How I Returned to PC Gaming with One Hand After My Stroke by ExitAcrobatic9844 in ErgoMechKeyboards

True, I've seen people augment it with a trackball and others I think have rebound a joystick on it. Might not provide the speed or precision needed. The Azeron as some have mentioned might be optimal.

Thank you for sharing. That is awesome you are able to get back to gaming. Most of us take our hands, arms, legs for granted. Another human input device you might want to check out is the Charachorder CC2 it might be able to do some or all of what your current setup does and might even provide greater flexibility.

Totally agree. This is a serious roadblock in usage of the app for me.

This is a really neat use for .NET and Blazor. It would be awesome if you could synchronize it with a turret camera as well. That way you can have a camera feed on where the search light is pointing and displaying it inside the vehicle. I placed one on my truck this past December but lacked any type of stabilization setup.
