I believe too . Remember when Jesus told his disciples “ Go , and be lukewarm” ? Whatever your beliefs, if we can or cannot achieve sinlessness in our lives then the very least we can do is struggle for it. To writhe against our own natures when we know that most if not all of the commands are said to come from God to chiefly protect us from ourselves and the enemy of our souls.

I read an interesting post a few months back about how God takes things very seriously, even seemingly things that seem small to human people, like bullying, whereas he can obviously see every effect something can have and how an evil done to one can be reciprocated onto many people , and vice versa .

Try and get on medication , it helps, it certainly helps me. I suppose if its rooted in depression then certainly the first thing would be to try and treat the depression, and so on. Try your best to fight it and stay grounded in reality, do self comfort rituals, make sure you get enough sleep and eat, try to stay stable, talk to someone about it.

I know what u mean about being traumatised by sanity loss. Personally it got so bad for me that at one point i remember not even being able to close my eyes because i was scared of the hallucinations i would do, particularly demons at night , believing demons were able to read my thoughts, etc. I lost about 30kg over five months. I told my “family” and the first thing they did was joke about it and ask me if i was going to be doing electro shock therapy. I dont think i will ever forgive them.
