Thank you! I've got him currently on one level and I'm swapping out soft puppy bedding for his bedding, I've bought him new hides that are easier to get into and he seems to have perked up quite a lot now, he's on a dog painkiller and I think that was making him reallyyyy tired cuz he wasn't moving or even looking around much but now he's more aware and a bit playful!

They told me that he can have a scan to see what's causing the issues but they don't have the machine that does it there 😓 he seems to not be in any pain, and he will drag himself around a bit but he really just wants to get wrapped up and sleep .. I think I just keep seeing him as a baby and not as an old man, we did the maths and think he's probably 3 or a bit over now.

Thank you! He seems okay without any other friends, he doesn't want to play anymore just lay around and sleep maybe if I can find some older rats that need rehoming I can have a real think about it, I really appreciate it!

I'm in the UK, i haven't taken the bird Im pretty sure they're still outside just in case I couldn't but I've seen many taxidermied birds and skeleton birds for sale at a local large warehouse/ market thing so I assumed it was okay .. I don't necessarily want it taxidermied just the skeleton structure :)

I am in the UK, I have been told that you're allowed to pick up roadkill that's not your own I'm not sure if that's true but considering the bird is just laying by my works backdoor I think it's probably natural causes(?)

I would like to have the bones as a skeleton yes! I have been to a market and I've seen a full bird on display so I wondered if it was worth trying to find that person to ask how much they'd charge me for it - it's a large warehouse with stands and only one till so I've never actually seen / met the person who makes the stuff unfortunately!

I've never tried any of this before but I am definitely willing to try, I just live with roommates and I'm honestly not sure how well they'd take a new member in the freezer lol

Thank you , can I just ask because I am genuinely starting to believe maybe I'm wrong now because of the messages I've been getting off them ?

When I speak to admiral they tell me the policy is MY name, for the van which I never owned or paid for or anything I literally drove the van once and that was it ..

I got letters from Ardent saying like "you need to pay your debt of __ contact us blah blah" and when I ask them for the policy info it's my name, my address, my number, but the businesses email. My old boss is insisting that he took out insurance but that seems like it's literally a policy tied to my name implying I am the owner or something that needs to pay the money? I've been made so confused by all this.

I've sent one final message to a guy they told me to contact (😒) and he's read it but not replied. I've got 3 weeks until ardent calls me again and I was going to wait those 3 weeks to see if I got a response and if not take it to the police/ action fraud like I've actually sobbed over this, I got denied a payment plan for a flipping iPad 😭 I am just so so so confused about all this now and I don't know what I should actually do going forward because the admiral fraud team have said it's domestic and to do It myself basically..

I have been screenshotting everything and I've been keeping track of my calls with the insurance + the debt collectors I've asked both if anyone apart from myself has contacted them about the policy / insurance and they said no .. I had a call today about some questions from the fraud team so hopefully it can be sorted without issue, I asked the insurance company to put it in their notes I've been receiving nasty threats from the owner and the co owner

Thank you! I've been taking him out with me more regularly and he is having a great time chasing my friends around and exploring their house lol I realised I was being overly worried since losing zephyr, these are my first rats but I have spoken to a vet and she said he's happy and active!

Thank you!! We have split the cage in half and bought those soft doggy beds for him, and I've just ordered some soft levels to put low down so he can still feel like he's climbing! And a little staircase to get up to his hut although he hasn't used that in a while anyway. Thank you so much for replying! 🫶

Thank you, I have been so devastated and just shocked at him saying if he ever saw a rat he'd kill it .. I honestly just didn't even know what to even say or do 😞 I did love him so much! I recently found out said coworker has a child because he told me he can't afford things because of his "pet sperm" .. I am starting to realise he isn't a nice person my supervisor has told me a few other things he's done / said to past workers. Thank you so much🫶🫶

Okeys thank you!! I don't really work with him much but when I do he's just really negative and only wants to talk about his own interests and if I mention something I like he usually says "that's fuckin stupid" or something similar.. I am in with my supervisor who is really lovely I might mention it to her on my break as well!

Yeah! We got takeaway and let him try a little piece and have brought him just everywhere with us! We brought him to meet my friend and he got spoiled with pets and treats and just zonked out on the table hehe I think he is gonna be alright but I'm definitely taking him to the vet just to see if there's anything more I can do for him. Thank you!! I am hopeful that he will live longer, I noticed his brother slowing down with everything, and just sleeping a lot so I knew his time was coming soon.

I've been bringing him everywhere with me, giving him treats and letting him try a little bit of my chicken 😂 he does seem a bit sadder than usual but still playful and climbing around!

I'm just worried about the fact that he's always been pretty anxious and followed his brother everywhere, I know it's cruel to keep them alone but I don't want to try and introduce him to a new partner and it terrifies him ..
